Crafted with carefully selected papers and materials made in Japan, with a focus on texture, detail, and finish. Different papers, surfaces, and printing combinations may be used depending on the monthly theme and production process.

Due to the handmade nature of production, slight variations may occur from piece to piece, making each set subtly unique.

Please note that colors may vary slightly between product images and the final physical pieces due to differences in displays, lighting conditions, and the limitations of print reproduction. Every effort is made to achieve the closest possible match through careful color management and production adjustments, but some variation is unavoidable.

Each monthly edition is available as either a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription at the same price. Current monthly editions are offered at a special release price during their active period.

Monthly themes are available from the 1st of each month at 00:00 JST until the final day at 23:59 JST.

Subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed at any time.
Billing occurs on the same date each month as your original order.
You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

Please note that changes to subscription plans will take effect from the next billing cycle.

Worldwide postage is included. Orders are dispatched via Japan Post using traditional untracked airmail postage.

Orders are typically dispatched once per week, though schedules may vary slightly during holidays or busy periods.

Estimated delivery times:

• Japan: 1-5 business days
• International: 7-21 days (depending on destination)

Delivery estimates are based on Japan Post guidelines and may vary depending on local postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, or regional delays.

Mail Club dispatches are shipped separately from other products.
Combined shipping is not available.

If your mail arrives with significant damage or serious production issues, please feel free to contact us.

In cases of lost or severely delayed mail, a replacement shipment may be provided once by our little fairy messengers at no additional cost.

Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly, as complimentary re-dispatch is not available for incorrect addresses.

Previous monthly editions are collected in the Archive Editions series and remain available long-term at their regular price.

Some illustrations and designs featured in previous Mail Club editions may later reappear as standalone items or in alternative formats and production styles.
