Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, lighting conditions, and the printing process.

Material availability may occasionally result in temporary stock shortages, supplier changes, or price adjustments. Thank you for your understanding.

Most paper goods are wrapped in a single protective layer, either paper or a clear sleeve, before being packed in a paper envelope.

Art Prints include a backing board and protective sleeve to help prevent bending and surface damage during transit.
Specialty items such as Film Cards are individually sleeved to protect their surfaces from friction.

No unnecessary wrapping paper or filler materials are used.

Mail Club is always dispatched separately to preserve its own envelope design and postage stamps. If you order it together with other items, they will be shipped separately at no additional shipping cost.

In some cases, orders may also be divided into separate shipments based on their weight or thickness to ensure safer packaging during transit. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you will not be charged any additional postage. Please see the Shipping Information section for details.

All orders are sent in paper envelopes with postage stamps. Enjoy a little touch of traditional mail on its journey to you.

Worldwide shipping is included on orders of USD 11 or more. Orders are sent via untracked airmail. An optional tracked shipping service is available for an additional fee, though it does not affect delivery speed. Please note that tracked shipping may occasionally be unavailable.

Orders are dispatched from Tokyo, Japan via Japan Post.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Japan: 1～3 business days
Asia: 7～14 business days
North America: 10～20 business days
Europe: 10～20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10～16 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on holidays, customs processing, weather conditions, and local postal services.

Orders are usually dispatched within one week, although schedules may vary during busy periods or due to weather.

Large, thick, or mixed-size orders may be divided into multiple envelopes to help prevent damage during transit. These shipments are dispatched together, though they may not arrive on the same day.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, no additional postage will be charged for separate shipments.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly, as incorrect addresses are not covered by after-sales support. Please see the After-Sales Information section for details.

If we notice a possible typo or missing information after comparing the shipping and billing addresses, we may contact you by email before dispatch. If no reply is received within three days, we will make the most appropriate adjustment based on the available information to help improve the chances of successful delivery.

If a Mail Club letter is lost or arrives with significant damage, one replacement shipment may be provided. Please refer to the individual product page for details.

If any item is missing or an incorrect item is sent, the affected item will be replaced at no additional cost.

Every order is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure it falls within the expected range of handmade variations. As each piece is handcrafted, returns are not accepted. Please refer to the individual product pages for information about natural variations and handmade characteristics.

If an item is severely damaged during transit, a replacement may be provided. Photos of the damaged item will be required for verification.

Please note that minor wear caused during shipping is unavoidable and does not qualify for after-sales support unless it significantly affects the appearance of the piece.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other recipient-related reasons are not eligible for after-sales support.

If a shipment is returned, whether a replacement can be arranged will depend on the reason for its return. We will contact you by email. If no reply is received within seven days, the request will be placed on hold. You are always welcome to contact us again later, though some items may be temporarily unavailable or have changed specifications by that time.
